The Public Process

Each of the groups below have been betrayed by Obama and in early 2012, a national campaign of local small Hispanic/Latino newspapers in countless markets across the USA, will join together to begin publishing articles on the failed presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. The articles below will become the basis for the Obama Accusation now being prepared.

The Democratic Party groups

American Indians, Anti Poverty Advocates, Anti War Advocates, Arc of Instability: 97 countries where Obama has the U.S. militarily involved spending US tax money to prop up other governments when America's cities and towns and citizens are in need of help, College Students, Environmentalists, Hispanics, Jews, Jobless, Labor Unions, Large Businesses, Latinos, Liberals, Schools, Seniors, Small Businesses, Tax Reform Advocates, Veterans, Whites, Women, Young Adults, and many others.

The Accusation

The Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States states in part: "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, and in this case the Voters of America shall sit in judgment in lieu of the Grand Jury.

In many, but not all United States jurisdictions, accusers can file a charging document directly with the court, in this case, the court of public opinion. Such a document is usually called an information, accusation, or complaint, to distinguish it from a grand-jury indictment.
